  • For address changes, confirmation is required from the new email address
  • Deleted addresses are permanently removed and cannot be reused

I'm not receiving emails. What should I do?

How do I change my forwarding address?

Email change@mailflow1.com from your current forwarding address. List the addresses you want to change and provide your new forwarding email. We'll send a confirmation to the new address for security.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once addresses are delivered. However, we provide full refunds for system failures, duplicate charges, or our inability to deliver the service as promised.

Do you offer enterprise or bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer volume discounts starting at 10 addresses, with better rates for larger quantities. For orders over 1000 addresses or enterprise needs, contact business@mailflow1.com for custom pricing.

Is my data safe and private?
