1. Service Description

Mailflow provides email forwarding services that automatically redirect emails sent to your purchased email addresses to your designated forwarding address.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service responsibly and legally. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activities or distribution of illegal content
Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk marketing emails
Violating others' intellectual property rights
Attempting to disrupt, hack, or compromise our service
Adult content, gambling, or inappropriate material
Phishing, fraud, or any deceptive practices
Harassment, threats, or abusive content

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we may temporarily suspend service for:

System maintenance and security updates
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Violations of these terms of service
Legal compliance requirements

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. In such cases:

Service will be immediately suspended
No refunds will be provided for policy violations
You will be notified via email when possible

5. Limitation of Liability

Mailflow is not responsible for:

Content of emails that pass through our system
Email delivery delays or failures due to external factors
Unauthorized access by third parties
Disputes between users or with third parties
Any damages arising from service interruptions

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are one-time payments with no recurring fees unless explicitly stated. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and processed securely through Stripe.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once delivery is complete. However, we will provide full refunds in cases of:

System failure preventing service delivery
Our inability to provide the promised service
Billing errors or duplicate charges

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in Japanese courts.
